Welcome to Hill Country Dragon Fruit. We are a small-scale family owned and operated business located outside of Austin, Texas.

We grow our Dragon Fruit organically on our five acre farm without the use of any pesticides. We are currently establishing our full production line and will sell fruit and cuttings as soon as possible.

We grow Paul Thompson hybrid varieties.
