Who we are

Our agricultural journey started over six years ago as we returned back home to Texas following a two year military assignment.

We decided to create a homestead and become farmers which would allow us to focus on our family and faith. We also realized that we needed to grow something unique and special.

In 2020, we discovered Dragon Fruit and learned of its many health benefits and lack of any local supply here in Texas. Texas isn’t known for growing Dragon Fruit, but we aim to change that.

We were further blessed to find Wallace Ranch, a certified organic farm located outside San Diego, CA and thus began our Dragon Fruit journey.

In 2022, we incorporated and started Hill Country Dragon Fruit.
